More Than Words - Title (1).jpg
This Sunday, Tristan Guthrie, of For the Nations Refugee Outreach, will continue our summer series of songs and he will be focusing on the hymn "Before the Throne of God Above". This hymn was written in 1863 by Charitie Lees Bancroft, the daughter of an Irish clergyman. Inspired by Hebrews 4:14–16 and Romans 8, her hymn speaks powerfully of Christ's intercession for believers.

Sunday, July 27 at 12:30 pm - 2:30 pm
Waterbrook 200 Building, Youth Room

Where do we, as Protestants, agree and disagree and how significant are those (dis)agreements?
Do we have reason to 'protest' anything about the Roman Catholic Church today?

How should we regard Catholicism and how should we relate to Catholics?
Come join us for a Biblically and historically grounded investigation of Catholicism so that we may better love our Catholic friends in Spirit and Truth.
Facilitated by Ross Peterson, Elder and Living the Life Class Leader.
Pizza lunch will be provided. Register HERE so that we can ensure that we have enough pizza for everyone attending.

Popsicle Sundays

This year we’re keeping our Sundays in July simple and easy! It’s popsicles for everyone!! Each Sunday we’ll have a cooler set up with a ton of popsicles plus a fun photo opportunity for you each week.
Summers are always a good time to invite a friend and connect with new people! So make sure that if you see someone you don’t know, you introduce yourself.

No Classes in July.png

Worshipping together as a family is important. We are looking forward to spending the month of July in worship together.

We will provide worship guides and other resources for all the kids.
After each service we will have space for fellowship and community.

Why?
#1 - We believe that kids should see their parents and other adults participate in worship. We encourage parents to bring their kids and tell them why you enjoy coming and learning.
#2 - It gives our AMAZING leaders a much-deserved break.
We are so very thankful for all of the volunteers that help each week in all of our ministries across campus.

Sermon on the Mount Graphic.png

In His sweeping depiction of kingdom citizenship, Jesus utters some of the most familiar passages in all of   Scripture. Most of us have only encountered the Sermon on the Mount in fragments, considering its  subdivisions as complete teachings in their own right—a study on blessedness; a reflection on the Lord’s Prayer; a discussion of religious devotion, money, ambition, and relationships.

What if we navigated these three chapters in Matthew as they were originally heard? What if we read them as one cohesive, well-ordered message, intended to challenge us to think differently about what it means to be a follower of Jesus?

Our very own Joyce Langford will be facilitating this 9-session Bible study . Come and learn from Jesus, just as His disciples did. First released in 2014, this study is now updated with new teaching videos from Jen Wilkin.

WE ARE ALSO OFFERING A NEW TUESDAY NIGHT ZOOM BIBLE STUDY for those who cannot make it on Thursday mornings. Click the additional link below to learn more.

LIVING THE LIFE - 9:30 am
Living the Life class looks at ways to make faith practical on our journey. The class is currently studying the book of Exodus . It’s amazing how timely these ancient words are for the issues we face today. Our class stresses community and we would love to see you at 9:30 am in the YOUTH ROOM of the 200 Building.
THRU THE WORD - 9:30 am
The Thru the Word Class meets on Sundays at 9:30 am in the Orange classroom of the 200 Building. We conduct an expository study of God’s Word, currently in the Gospel of John. We begin each class with prayer requests and a time of prayer. We conduct each study on a verse-by-verse basis for each book and we stop as often as needed for interactive discussion on the meaning of each verse. We incorporate cross-references to other Scripture that brings context to the current verses being studied. We close each class with practical applications for the scripture.
YOUNG-ISH - 11:00 am
This class is for couples or singles who have kids living at home and seek to grow as parents and partner with other parents in their journey of faith. We are currently doing Ready to Launch: Jesus-Centered Parenting in a Child-Centered World. (7 week study). We are looking at how the Gospel should shape our approach to parenting. If you haven’t joined us yet, this is a great time to jump in focus on the promise of Phillipians 4:4-8 to rest in “the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding.” This class meets at 11:00 am in Fireplace Room of the 507 Building.
THE HARBOR - 6:00 pm
The Harbor is a fellowship group for young adults aged 18-30. If you need a place of rest and peace or a place of community with young adult believers, we invite you to join us on Sundays at 6:00 pm for worship and Bible study in the Fireplace Room of the 507 Building (house).  We get together for lunch on the first Sunday of each month. W also get together one or two other times a month to hangout or play games or go to a park.
